1. Raw Food
Raw foods, such as Japanese Sashimi, raw beef, medium rare steak and so on, should be avoided before and during pregnancy.Although fruits and vegetables can be eaten raw, they need to be washed thoroughly to reduce pesticide residues and pathogen contamination.
2. Pickled Food
The sodium content of pickled foods is so high that excessive intake is not conducive to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health, but also the risk of hypertension-like diseases during pregnancy. Pickles, salted fish, bacon all contain high nitrite and benzopyrene and other harmful substances. Therefore, the intake should be controlled and not eaten as much as possible.
3. Canned Food
Although the loss of protein and minerals in canned food is relatively less, there is a partial loss of vitamin C and vitamin B. Women during pregnancy preparation should not rely on canned food for a long time, but try to eat fresh vegetables, fruits and meat.
4. Coffee
Women during pregnancy preparation should drink coffee moderately with limited amounts, and the daily caffeine intake should not exceed 200 mg. Since high caffeine intake during pregnancy may increase the risk of miscarriage, low birth weight, premature delivery and so on, it is necessary to avoid freshly brewed espresso coffee and high-caffeine energy drinks once pregnancy is confirmed.
5. Tea
A cup of tea contains about 40 to 50mg of caffeine, which can be drunk normally. However, it should be noted that some pregnant women who are addicted to tea should avoid chewing tea, because the tannin in tea can affect the absorption of iron.
